日本核災難‧準備應對“最糟狀況”‧
（日本‧東京17日訊）日本首相菅直人已經為“萬一東日本全毀”進行沙盤推演，歐美專家也同聲警告，核災難已經失控。
日本《每日新聞》報導，菅直人週三晚在官邸與內閣府特別顧問會談時，表達強烈危機意識：“萬一真的發生最糟糕的狀況，連東日本都毀了的狀況也得設想好才行。”
他並指責營運福島核電廠的東京電力公司非常沒有危機感。
日專家：仍未失控但極嚴重
與此同時，不少國際專家看法悲觀。
國際原子能機構日裔總幹事天野之彌說，現在形容日本核危機“已經失控”並不正確，但情況的確“非常嚴重”。
法國輻射防護暨核子安全研究所（IRSN）專家查爾斯週三說，“從星期日至今，所有搶救方式都沒作用”，“未來48小時是關鍵”。
歐專家：失控只能聽天由命
歐盟能源專員厄廷格更以“末日浩劫”形容這場災難，現在只能“聽天由命”。
他直指“一切幾乎已失控”，“我們正介乎災難和大型災難之間”，不排除未來幾小時或幾天內會有更壞情況發生，可能對日本島上人命構成威脅。他言論引起恐慌，令美國股市一度應聲急挫。
俄羅斯國家核能部主席基里延科亦指，日本核災難正朝最壞方向發展。
美國能源部部長朱棣文說，福島核電廠的狀況顯然比美國1979年賓州三哩島核電廠局部熔毀的情況更加嚴重。
日本京都大學原子爐實驗所專家小出裕章進一步警告，如果福島第一核電廠2號機的反應堆爐芯熔毀，可能會宛如1986年前蘇聯切爾諾貝爾核電廠災變。
